	Comments	In 2003 I had so much pain in my inner thighs that walking was sometimes unbearable. I went to Dr. Ungaretti and she would lance the outbreaks of my H.S. Finally she told me that at a convention she had learned about a type of liposuction that would reduce friction in my inner thighs and also at the same time the hair follicles that can become infected with H.S. are destroyed during the procedure. I said yes immediately and had it done. It has been two years and I am H.S. pain free. Ocasionally I get maybe one small outbreak about the size of a pimple which I cover with a band aid and it goes away. But nothing like the pain I used to feel. I also talked to her about the surgery I had at Mayo clinic I had 12 years ago where the doctor removed the sweat glands from my axilla and also have been H.S. free in that area too.
